Irene Friedland, LMSW, is an expert in working with clients with depression, grief, anxiety/panic/phobias, eating/weight concerns, and issues related to immigrants/acculturation. She is highly experienced in working with teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors. Her knowledge in couples therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) guides her client interactions. She has a background in marital/couples therapy, group therapy, and therapy with young adolescents.
