Fees and Payment 

Minette Psychotherapy Services provides a wide range of mental health services to clients all throughout New York City and the surrounding areas. Our clinic accepts a wide range of insurance plans - please find all of the details you need surrounding rates and policies below. Call us today for more information or to make special accommodations if you’re not adequately insured.



Your bill consists of charges for services rendered by Minette LCSW Psychotherapy Services. Payment is required on the day that services are rendered. Payment will include any unmet deductible, co-insurance, co-payment amount, or non-covered charges from your insurance company. If you do not carry insurance, or if your coverage is currently under a pre-existing condition clause, payment in full is expected on the day that services are rendered.


We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and your bank debit card, Paypal, and Zelle.

We are participating in network providers with several insurance plans. We will file insurance claims on your behalf to insurance plans that we are in network with. Please scroll down for a list of insurances that we are currently in network with. Please remember that insurance is a contract between the client and the insurance company and ultimately the client is responsible for payment in full.


Cancelation Policy: Missed Appointments 

Broken appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. Excessive cancellations of appointments or missed appointments may result in discharge from our practice. You are only able to reschedule once for the free 15-minute First Time consultation.


Medical Records

Copying medical records requires office staff time and time away from client care. Minette LCSW Psychotherapy Services will have 15 business days in which to copy records before making them available for client to pick them up, and these 15 days start after the client has signed the form authorizing the records’ release.

We offer competitive and affordable rates for uninsured, out of network insurance, and self-pay clients.

Reduced fees are available for Out of Network Insurance or Cash Paying Clients based on financial need (Proof of income is required)
