Licensed Master Social Worker

Mary-Kay Kallergis, LMSW, specializes in assisting clients of all developmental ages. She works with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors. Her vast experience, combined with her educational background and certifications, establishes her as a practitioner with clinical expertise and a commitment to holistic healing and well-being. She is proficient in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychospiritual psychotherapy, and holistic therapies. Furthermore, she conducts play therapy with children and supports clients facing ADD/ADHD, anger management, trauma, and eating/weight challenges.

She is a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher from Ancient Wisdom Today. She is currently studying to become an Art Therapist Practitioner and a Naturopathic Practitioner.

The most valuable advice she has received is: "How many therapists does it take to change a lightbulb? It doesn't matter; the lightbulb must want to change. Embrace change, trust the process, breathe, and release."

What motivates her the most when collaborating with clients is witnessing their gradual healing and independence from therapy. Mary-Kay is described by family, friends, and coworkers as loving, kind, eager to assist others, trustworthy, and reliable.
